Will Canthan NY NPCs stick around?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the Festival NPCs (in particular, Lucky Hochei) will stick around a day or two after the event ends Monday at noon PST.

I can't say for sure, but I believe that the NPC for Rollerbeetle Racing will still be up so that winners can claim their prize. It might make sense then for other NPCs to still be up. If that's the case, I wouldn't expect it to last.
