anyone else have this problem when playing guild wars?
I can play for about an hour or so running around and it will just go to BSOD.

You should post system specs (cpu,ram,gpu,audio, & os). Also, are you having similar problems with other games.
Without knowing that, as a shot in the dark for you. I was having problems with 9800gtx and vista64. I tried many things to fix the GW crashes. I eventually fixed it by reinstalling vista 64 w/sp1, and only installing hardware drivers that were on the windows update site. Not only did that fix my GW crash, but hibernation actually works now too.
