Celestial mini-ox a frequent drop this year?

297 fortunes and zero oxen. Wiki claims 0.33% chance. So I should have opened 3 more.
Yes, I know statistics don't work like that.

I got 4 of them out of appox. 300 fortunes :P

Out of around 600 fortunes, I got nuthin!

I opened nearly 400 without one, but did one last roller beetle run this morning and got 2 oxes from my last 20 fortunes.

Yea i got lucky. Last year o got no mini. Less chance, more random.

7 oxen out of 1425+ fortunes, thats a 0.49% chance or 1 every 200 tokens. maybe i was a bit lucky.

I opened roughly 300 or so fortunes, didn't even get one. I remember getting 6 pigs within ~200 fortunes the first Canthan New Year. /sigh.

I used just shy of 400 fortunes and no mini ox. Last year got quite a few rats in less fortunes.

I opened around 90 lunar fortunes all together and got one
got my ox on the first fortune I opened to
then i stopped getting fortunes, no need after got my oxy.

um 1 out of 765...extreemly frustraiting after a guildie getting 11 out of 600...common for him, rare for me.

I opened about 140 fortunes and did not get an ox nor did I get a rat last year. So I brought two oxen and traded one for a rat so I'm all caught up anyway.

I sold a guy about 60 Tokens and he came back and said he got an Ox, so that's like 1 in 10 tries.

Moral of the story: It's all luck. Find suckers like I did so that you can buy, dedicate, and sell one of the minis for a net cost of nothing.

i got like 9 ox out of 3-5 stacks of fortunes. but it is lucky based. last year i didnt get one rat so maybe my luck returned to me in time. lol does anyone know the ball park price of these little mooers yet?

Idk if its more frequent last year, i got 7 celestial rats in 200 fortunes last year.

Went through 4,000 fortunes (16 stacks) and got a grand total of 0 ox. Eventually had to buy one from a guildie who got 2 in 10 fortunes...

I didn't get any at about 200 opened fortunes. I got my rat last year within the first 10 drops though. And I like ox better, meh.

I got no pig or no rat in the last 2 years. This year anet felt sorry for me and I got an ox on my 10th lunar fortune. Sold the rest of my fortunes and tokens.

I did quests, including one of the Istan quests, on all 10 of my PvE characters (Hai Len is so tediously slow,) and used some tokens left over from last year and wound up with 521 fortunes.

From those 521 fortunes I got 4 oxen and gave the spares to friends.
