so ive been around guild wars for a little over 2 and a half years. and ive gotten my share of neat weps and such. i had heard about weapons with 15%-1 health regen and 15%-1 energy regen. never once had i gotten one nor been with anyone who had. i thought maybe they had removed them from the game? just recently though, while in urgoz HM, i got a q13 zodiac hammer with a 15%-1 health regen mod. i figured it was rare-ish. then while 600/smite-ing naphui HM i got a q10 14%-1 energy regen celestial bow. anyone else notice these type of weapons dropping more or is this purely coincidence? or maybe factions only?

I received a +14%/-1 energy regen sword from a Locked Chest in Hard Mode (Watchtower Coast, precisely) about 3 weeks ago. They still drop, though to be fair, it's the first one I've seen since I started playing Guild Wars 3 years ago.

I wish I could see such a thing. Been playing for over 3 years and never seen that... although I have seen a max q7 dual mod focus drop. My friend claims that he has received a 14% UNCONDITIONAL, like no mods whatsoever, celestial bow from the naphui quarter mission.
BTW, I am convinced that naphui has the most amazing drop rate of crazy stat weaps, as my q7 focus, and a q8 cele axe both came from that place from chest runs, within a few days of eachother.

I have had lots of them pop up, especially running HM chests in the Jade sea area. Nothing extraordinary, have had them as recent as a month ago (and I haven't been chest running since).

Yeh I got a q11 sephis axe with+15%-1 energy regen somewhere in kryta, think I merc'd it though as why the held would I use it >.>, if its energy I wanted to sac then I'd choose the -5e one...random inscriptions, are random.

The inscription system in NF and EotN lacks several modifiers and combinations that are only available in Prophecies and Factions. The +15%, -1 energy/health regeneration damage modifiers are two examples of those.

I got Sephis Axe (req.12) with +15%-1HP regen from farming during last Halloween event.
Sold here for 30-40k can't remember. Many buyers in buy forum want this mod IDK why?
I still have Wingblade req8 with +15%-1HP regen too.

I got a q9 (or maybe q10?) Dead Bow farming Gates Of Kryta a loooooong time ago. If I remember correctly it was a Vampric Dead Bow of Fortitude, although I'm not too sure about the grip. If I also remember correctly, back in the pre-factions days if you had the 15%/-1 health with a vampric mod, it only counted one of the "-1 health" modifiers. Which basiclaly made it like an unconditional dmg mod with vampric. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I don't remember as good as I used to.....

Afaik the unconditional weapons were ones that dropped with health degen and energy degen as the damage condition but also had zealous and vampiric mods.
I think if you got a weapon with 15%-1e and it had a zealous mod you would still only get -1e regen because of some bug, removing this zealous mod then gave you a weapon with unconditional damage.
I think the game was too new for people to appreciate the value of those weapons, i know all i cared about at that time was getting my hands on a fiery dragon sword.

-2 degen also seems to attract aggro
(FYI: WTB one handed weapons with -1 hp regen inherent)

Oh, and the +15 -1e inscriptions are "Live for Today" for martial weapons and "Seize the Day" for spellcasting weapons.
Could not find any info on wiki for the +15 -1hp mods though...

If I remember right I have a Max twin hammer Reg 8 with a +14% dmg on it at least 2.5 years old
I kept it because of the Req 8
Just a note I have not seen it for awhile packed away on a character somewhere, and I could be wrong If i am it's a +14% above 50%. I also remember reading that these where available during the initial release of the game and hence been removed.
