I've been back a while now, after about a 2 year hiatus. Since I've been back, I've been playing all of my char's -- taking each through nightfall, and some back to prophecies. I know all of my char's got their end-game amulet of mists from Factions... and similarly, I know that any that finished NF got the Book of Secrets. However, since the talisman was added to Prophecies while I was away, I'm realizing that I don't know which characters received the talisman, and which have not.
Is there any way in-game of telling who can still get this reward (and that from other campaigns, for that matter)? Or should I just take each character through the last mission again?
edit: correct, it's not retroactive -- but I've since completed the mission with a few characters, but not all, and not sure which
way of keeping track?

The Talisman wasn't retroactive, so anyone who hasn't completed Proph since the update is eligible for it.

There is no way in-game to know if a character has done a mission more than once.
The "M for Map" screen will show if the mission has been done, but not when.
You can always redo in HM, thus getting the "redo" done with reward of more points (although you still won't get a second end-game talisman).

There is a way you can tell from the map. The small cave where you get your talisman and get greenie for it is clearly visible on the map right west of droks outpost. Login to a char you know have done it and then compare the map to the map of other chars. If the cave is partly fogged out it means you havent done it.
Disclaimer: The old droknars arena was in the same place, i actually dont know if it will be clear or foggy if you have been in the arena when it was open.

Some players I know have knocked-up quick MS Excel spreadsheets to keep track of character stuff like that. Depending on how geeky you think it is, maybe you could do something similar?
