Looking for a Kind Guild

Hello,

I'm looking for a mature guild with ventrilo or atleast team speak.
It is a must that the guild does GvG at least 2 times a week.
I'm not looking for a title grind guild.
But I like to do things and help others in Hard Mode PvE.
Has to be European GMT.
