How come I didn't get a second birthday present?

Well, i've played for 144 hours over the past 31 months. I got my first birthday present at the right time, and got a mini shiro. But how come I didn't get my second present? I didn't play for a long time, does this matter? Is it randomly assigned to a character, because i deleted one without looking on it. Please help me.

It's your character that has to become 24 months old, not your account.

hi it goes on char not account, account could be 4years old and u wont get any thing, it goes on char age (me i got 1char at 2 1/2year and 6 at 1year) even tho account is over 3years old

Once your Character reaches 12-24-36 months ect you get a birthday present in that characters inventory.
It has nothing to do with the age of your account. Only your Characters age, so they can get presents at different times and months. Depending on Their own age.

Otherwise, make sure that you have 1 free space in your inventory and log out and in again.
