Lingering Curse and Deep Wound

Hi. I was wondering if the 33% healing reduction from [Lingering Curse] stacks with the 20% healing reduction from deep wound to give a 53% reduction in healing or not?

Yeah, sucks for those of us who want to brutalize our opponents that way. 40% is still bad on the receiving end, though. Just hope the healers won't pull a miracle and screw you over. >_<
