me and my friend were doing slavers and killed the first two bosses and coudnt figure out how ot get out to go to the other part of the dungen 
do you just resign and go back or what

Yes, basically. Rand and Thommis can be done in the same 'dungeon' while Selvetarm and Forgewight, and finally Duncan have their own dedicated 'dungeons' each.

Only Thomis and Rand need to be killed in the same dungeon (and you get 2 chests). After that u will have to zone or resign to do the rest of the bosses. If you resign you would need to run all the way back from Grotto, but you have a chance to change your build.

Yeah, be careful because one of the bosses wtfpwns you with minions, and raises them alot faster than your heroes can, better just to bring verata's skills for that area ^^
Carboplatin
u run back to the beginning of each sub-dungeon where u can zone back to the central chamber of slaver's exile. From there, you can merch and then go after another sub-dungeon

yeah but how do i get back because the door was closed back at the start or do i map travel

If you killed the bosses and opened the chest then your quest should have updated, if it did then you should have been able to exit that area of the dungeon. Did you try to run thru the door even though it was closed?
