If i delete all my characters, is my xunlai then emptied too?
And do I have to do missions again to get HM back?

I have no idea. And I can't see why it would ever be an issue. If you want to re-roll all of your characters, re-roll one of them and open a Xunlai account before deleting the others. Problem avoided.

i can assure that all your stuff will stay.

your xunlai will have all the same items that are left in there once you delete your chars, and all your money will be there. the other thing that will stay are the account based titles.

so the only thing that you will lose when you delete your chars are the individual titles they have and the items they have on themselves.

And to answer the other question,

You will still be able to access hard mode on any character once they reach level 20.

Nah, I like my characters but I would like to start over again.

Yes, you get to keep everything in the Xunlai storage and no, you don't have to do all the missions again to get HM as long as you've unlocked with any other character for that campaign.

Word of advice: be careful before you delete them. There's plenty of people, myself included, who regret to hell and back having rerolled any character, let alone all of them. Think if you're willing to spend so much time leveling professions you already have, if you have the patience for it and if the whatever reason that makes you want to do that to is worth all of that and the money you might already have invested in them.

Three silly things:

If your characters have "bags" on them you might want to put them in storage before deleting your characters.

You will be starting all over with birthday minipets.

Also if your characters have any festival hats you might want to make sure you have given them to the festive hat NPC.

Why not just buy some more Character Slots if you want to start over.
