Celestial Scepters don't exist inscribable.
What are the stats on yours?
Or are you looking for one. If yes, what mods are you looking for ?

UPDATE: The problem is.... yes... there are a lot who like the skin.
But the Scepter still has to be usable.. and with only one mod I doubt you can sell it for more than 1k.
The only way to sell it for more.... find someone who thinks he can upgrade it (but I wouln't recommend that)
I have seen plenty of those and merched all I had... I only keep the ones with 2 mods.
