Farming Broodmother, ID'ing the green and selling to merch is ftw. ok you just made my day with that comment - didnt know you had to id greens , golds yes but never greens.
Personally id go farming any bosses in kourna upwards - you may not use the greens but you can switch 2nd prof and elite cap and sell any greens you do get

Well, iding a green will add some to the value but I've never had it add more than 50g or so - I suppose it is worth iding before selling since the difference is more than the use of the id kit. But still not a way to get wealthy.
