Hey, im currently only r7 and am looking for a smart HA guild fitting the req's above. I like all builds including spikes and am flexible to playstyles. My main is my monk (resulting from the lack of indivuals who desire this proffesion), which I play prot,infuse,and support, but playing other proffesions is not an issue.
