basically as the title says, we are a newish guild looking for a new flagger as ours is pretty naff and our rank has drastically fallen because of it.
If you wanna join, plz don't expect a high rank as i said we are fairly new and our rank has dropped due to partly our flagger and partly due to getting used to each other.
