Okay, so I bought GW NF first then factions online. After a few months i bought the eye of the north from cd at future shop, I installed it and now i am confused whether or not I could play eye of the north. Can someone give me some piece of mind? Is there some nps I could talk to like when I played NF I talked to a guy to go to factions?
If you can spare some text to help me understand what these terms mean in your own words?
Pre, mods, nerf?
Did I just waste my money?

You must be atleast level 10 to access Eye of The North, and it will show you how to get there once you are level 10 and have mapped into one of the main towns that involve getting to EoTN.. for example, Kamadan, Kaineng Center.
If you are already level 10+, and this hasn't worked, there is a chance you haven't registered the cd-key for Guild Wars. To do this you must go to your character selection screen and click "Manage Account" or something like that and then check manage cd-keys or something similar to that. There you can enter your EoTN key and next time you map into one of those main towns it should tell you how to access it, provided you're 10+.

You can get to Eye of the North. There is an NPC you talk to in Kamadon.
Eye of the North, unlike the other games, is an expansion, not a Chapter. That means you can't create a new character in that game, only take existing characters there.

Fragile Feeling
To get to EotN from Kaineng Center or Kamadan, you have to take a quest. This quest for Cantha is I Feel the Earth Move Under Cantha's Feet given by the Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center. For Elona, you need to take the quest Hole of Istan given by Bendah in Kamadan, Jewel of Istan. Not to mention you have to be at least level 10.
Hope it helped

Snograt
You need to speak to Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center, or Bendah in Kamadan. Your character must be at least level 10 in order to take one of these quests.
Pre is short for Pre-Searing, which is the starting area in Prophecies.
Mods can refer to weapon modifications - bow grips, axe hafts, sword pommels etc., or it can refer to the game modifications available by using TexMod.
Nerf is a common gaming phrase to indicate when a skill has been made less powerful - you may have seen a lot of "OMG, they nerfed SF", for example.
"Slow" is a term commonly used when referring to Snograt's typing speed :/

Mods also can refer to Moderators (see above) who manage community forums such as this one.
