LF Adult PvE Guild/Alliance

Hello, I'm looking for an active, mature, predominantly PvE based Guild/Alliance.

About Me: I'm a 60 year old Australian male. I have all 10 professions and been playing for 7k+ hours over four years on all continents. I don't PvP/GvG.

I've been playing long enough to know exactly what I'm looking for from this game. Please excuse the rant but I don't want to waste my time or yours.

What I need: Aside from the obvious .... active, friendly, active, large member base, active, organised and so on ... Oh did I mention active? :-)

The game has changed and there is a lot of HM content now. I need a guild that recognises the fact that these hard areas need specific team builds in most cases. Guilds I have been in previously generally say "bring whatever you like, we'll have some fun". Well spending four hours in a dungeon and not getting to level 3 isn't my idea of fun. Dying every few minutes isn't my idea of fun.
I'm not a brilliant player by any means but I do appreciate that putting a team together that "works" is far more satisfying then constant failure. A team needs more then just a couple of monks to survive.
I still very much enjoy the NM stuff though and actually prefer it. I have three permanent pre-searing chars and have chars that still haven't finished every campaign in NM.
