I seriously don't think anyone can give you a good answer to that. I wouldn't pay anything for it simply because it has only collectible value and no useful value. Having said that, if you found the right person, it might be worth stacks of ectos to them.
Look at vintage cars, one person says, 'I don't want to pay even $100 for a 65 Corvette that I can only park in a garage and stare at', then another person comes along and buys that same car for over $500,000.
The long-and-short of it is, you may be sitting on a goldmine but I think it will take you a long time to find that buyer. I'd start by checking interest on all the elite GW fansites, then auction at the one that shows the most interest.

P.S. When you do sell, I'd be very specific with telling people that they're buying a piece of GW history and not a usable item. That way some newbie doesn't buy it, try to wear it, then accuse you of scamming them (it happens).
