After vanquishing Lathenda Bog in one hour (400 enemies btw) using the heroes a friend borrowed me, I was stunned by seeing the efficiency of a 6 heroes team.
With that in mind, I'm considering upgrading my Nightfall secondary account with the skill unlock packs, but when I entered the store I read the requisits: must own either the campaign of the pack you're buying or the PvP Acess Kit. Now, since I only have the NF on that account, if I was to go through with this I'd have to get the Acess kit and the 2 skill packs from Prophecies and Factions.
My question is: if I do buy the PvP Acess kit and later the 2 skill packs, would I be able to use the skills on the heroes? And would they actually use the skills and not simply... not use them, even though they're on their bars?
I want to make sure that this will work out before go ahead and spending ~30 euros on something that in the end woulnd't work. Thanks!
Question on Skill Unlock Packs

Before you do anything like this consider another option.
You can buy the campaigns very cheap, either locally or on a website like amazon.com. You will probably spend less real world money doing this. You will then have two accounts with full access instead of one. You will also double character slots and your storage. You can run the two accounts at the same time from the same PC using a program like GWx2.
The small downside will be that you will have to unlock the skills that you want for your heroes by playing thru the game or using Balt faction. These skills will have to be purchased at the skill trainers, the upside is that you are spending in game money and not real world money. You will also be unlocking the skills for your own characters on the second account.
Running two accounts at the same time with full access is great, especially during special events where you can get double rewards. I have two accounts that I run at the same time and I love it.
I am not positive as to the answer of your original question. I do not know if the PVP kit and skill packs will work like you are wanting them to. The skill packs state you must own the respective campaign, however the PVP kit is a little unique and this rule may not apply. IMO your best bet is to spend less real world money and by the other campaigns and add them to your second account. I think you will be much happier with this in the long run.

The only way to get PvE heroes access to skills is to buy the PvE campaigns. If you're just going to use a small set of gimmicks like sab/discord then spending some balth faction is a better investment than buying skill unlocks.

Sound advice, both. I am going for that, after checking the prices for everything it'd cost me around 37€ wich isn't really worth it for 3 extra heroes. Getting the campaigns is worth it and it'll actually work. Thanks
