Xunlai Tournament House not registiring

I went to register to the house and it tells me that the account name has already been registered. Then I try to retrieve password ,and it tells me that No match found....

I never got a registration email from them so I asked for it to resend the email to my email and its says .

The e-mail you entered is not in our database. Please try again.


What did I do wrong here and how can I fix it?

I got this on my accounts(from lack of use and changing emails at one point) anyway, I opened a support ticket with NCSOFT support here:

Took a few days but was fixed.
