He claims that he purchased the Mirage Iboga Polymock Piece ahead of time a GW will not activate the Hoff quest! Problem is that I just purchased the same piece but now I'm afraid to register it for fear that I'll get stuck too!
I want to get all the Asura skills and it would stink if I couldn't get it because of this. Is this potentially a big that has been fixed?
Any comments?
Defeat Master Hoff not possible if u buy Iboga piece

Pretty sure i used an Iboga in my main setup. And I used the same peices for all the quests.

yeah ive used an iboga, i didnt fight hoff with it, but i registered it ages ago, and then when i beat hoff i got another iboga which i then sold on to someone else.

I didn't use it. Took me about 5 times I beat him with just the polymock pieces I got.

and my next 4 players inherited it..elementals and Iboga all the way

I earned it on one character, then transfered it to another. That second character used it for the entire quest chain. When I got another one on that second character, it transfered it to a third. Did that with all my characters, and when the last got his, the last Iboga went back to the first character who never registered it.

I bought it and used it to beat him for the first time. And I will transfer it to the next toon. Actually, I bought a Ruby Djinn polymock piece yesterday for 7k. The two gold pices should make life easy...

Hoff can be defeated with just the 3 elementals. The one in Gadd's encampment is for me the hardest...(The one with the 3 elementals).
