Where to Practice the Perma Sin Build

So i was wondering where to practice the perma sin build at first just to get better at using. And also what equiptment i should use and what runes and insigs should be on my armor.

List of Attribute:
Air Magic:4
Fire Magic:11
Deadly Arts:2
Shadow Arts:16

Then the build i have is (i dunno if its any good):

Glyph of Swiftness
Deadly Paradox
Shadow Form
Shadow Refuge
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Flame Djinn's Haste
Fire Attunement
Lava Font

u need sup shadow arts and any 70 AL armor with radiant and attunement on all.

drop [shadow refuge] for [meteor shower] otherwise ur not gonna kill anything. in UW at least which is where the money is.

What Stealth said is basically most of what you need to know. I personally drop one Attunement rune for a Minor Critical Strikes (Although this is not completely needed).

The attributes I run will usually be:

List of Attribute:
Critical Srikes: 3+1
Shadow Arts:12+1+3

Then the rest spread accordingly to the build, (Lots of which can be found in the Farming Section)

I'd advise taking a Zealous Scythe/ Zealous Daggers to auto-attack and gain energy as you wait for your skills to recharge.

What do you want to farm? go earth ele 16 shadow/12 earth,drop the fire skills take Silver Armor,Ebon Battle Standard of Honor,Dark Escape,Heart of Shadow you can farm loads of bosses (scareater drops lots of elite monk tomes,Rago/galigord elite ele tomes)it also works for raptors and other melee mobs
