fire spirit question

a year ago when some1 ran me desert quest
i saw this warrior turn into what looked like a
burning spirit..now i now theres an asuran spell
via pollymock to summon a djin but anyone no how
this warrior turned into a burning spirit?

The only skills that transform you into something are dervish forms which would be ineffective on a war. [avatar of balthazar] looks somewhat like a "burning spirit" and is a popular dervish run skill, it was probably either a stupid war or a derv.

Screen shot or it didn't happen. You're going to have to provide a better description of the effect. Could have been some skill animation. Maybe he was /ranking a phoenix or dragon? ...not. I doubt anyone with those would be doing dull desert runs.

He might have been using [Flame Djinn's Haste] ,Burning Spirit will use that also.

He stood on, or ran over a Flame Trap, left by a wandering Rockshot Devourer.

Setting yourself on fire is easier than one might think.

Just another victim of Occam's razor.

He was probably using a skill called Burning Speed I bet. It's an excellent skill, for runners the only skill that can go faster than dash. It's a Fire elementalist skill.
