...there was an extremely disgruntled luxon player who decided to be a d-hag and grief the kurzic team. To this end he join the opposing team with a bar full of ranger spirits(qz, eoe, tranq ect) designed to sabotage the poor kurzics. Upon seeing this injustice one very brave ritualist(me) stood up and designed an interesting bar to counter this villainous douchebaggery(and figured out a neat little spirit spamming build...):
Aspenwood Fort Cleanser:
[Soul Twisting][Life][Gaze of Fury](fury later replaced with [Rejuvenation][union] or [Recovery] once Dbag left)[Recuperation][Shelter][Soothing][Boon of Creation][Energetic was Lee Sa]
At the start cast and eat life right away, go get some amber and fortify the mine a little but don't live there. Pick a gate, set up shop far enough back so the siege and AoE casters won't hit the spirits but that they'll still affect the gate npcs. Pick your spirits carefully, if there's no warriors or the luxon warriors aren't attacking hold off on soothing.
Shelter will protect against 2 shots of seige by itself(I never realized but it seems to regen if it doesn't take damage for awhile).
Maintain Boon and lee sa as much as possible. Lee sa is a fire and forget item spell, never drop it prematurely (unless you NEED shelter right then and there, but I wasn't having energy problems at all)just wait for it's regen.
When you cast a spirit with Twisting's bonus drop life and eat it immediately(or keep life stashed somewhere nearby). Watch for rejuve or shelter to be near death and eat them if possible.
I play with a clock that has a second counter right next to my screen so I count off when soothing is about to die and eat it, do the same for recup if you can. Soothing makes [Coward] an 8a skill, [Defy Pain] and [Dismember] 10a, [Rush] and [Lion's Comfort] 8a and so on(make it suck to be melee on the luxon side even more).
If you manage to cap a mine and are close by, eat one of the mine cleaners spirits, and drop yours, the other will replace it.
I'm not sure on the math, but once I got my rhythm down I wasn't having any energy problems with Lee Sa and Boon, and I was keeping 2-3 25e spirits alive(in addition to rejuve and life) with little downtime. It was kinda like whack-a-mole

Or you can run a monk and be useful to your team whilst keeping the NPC's alive.
Painbringer
[Unnatural Signet] and leave him with a recharging bar
unless he was on the kurzick team ?
[rejuvenation] [life] [recovery] IMO are the best spirits for FA low cost and help anyone in range. The balance is keeping key NPC characters alive. (Gate guards) stay on one and keep him kicking. Run amber if your skills are not needed. And in the case of a final second attack on gunther. stay back and keep a spirit up and [mend body and soul] the conditions. The come fast so you will want to keep him "red" as best you can.
I personnally take [Xinrae's Weapon] for elite you can hold off a turtle the whole match with it. Granted you need to be left alone by other people to do so

TBH, I think [recuperation][life] and to a lesser extent [recovery] are the only skills you mentioned worth even considering bringing in your rit bar (not all on the same bar though), and recoup and life pretty much kill an eoe bomb in FA by themselves. No sense wasting your elite on a mediocre-at-best elite (read: terrible) and other awful skills to combat one guy on your own team.
And pain is right. XW>Turtles.
