game crashing

This is a bit hard question and I'm not sure where to put this, but here it comes:

When I start gw, it works for a while(like 5-20 secs) and then it crashes, BLUE SCREEN! Computer has well enough power to run the game, so I am a bit confused. I'm(or actually, my dad is) using video projector and a screen, so Im not sure how gw reacts to that. Other things seem to work well with the projector, and I doubt it's because any installation issues on video projector. The computer specs are:

Windows XP
Intel Core Duo 2.66Ghz
Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT 512Mt
and 2Gt RAM

When the blue screen comes, I've tryed two things: I've put the projector on and off, the blue screen stays, but when I shut down the computer and start it, the blue screen is, naturally, gone.
Any ideas?

sounds like either graphic card drivers or the card itself. try the latest nvidia drivers and see if it fixes it. if not, start rolling back on driver versions.
