need information changing help

i was trying to change my location and email adress but when i clicked on the link it sent me to arenanet.com or something and i was supposed to enter my arenanet username and password but its been such a long since i first created it and i didnt even write it down. so is there any way i can get both the username and password back cause the email was my sisters and she forgot the password for it so i cant even get to it. please help me with this so i wont have to lose all my characters if it is possible

I think your email is your user name. But i don't know what to say to help if you don't know the email pw and you lost your gw pw. Best thing i can think of is to just keep it in the back of your mind for a time and it may come to you later. You could try to Email Anet but if you are using another email to ask them because you cant get into your first it may be hard. If you still have your activation keys i think they can still help.

Support is the place for help. If you still got your access key, you should be able to get your information.
