Is this Shadow staff worth anything

I know the Hale head is low but it has a couple of other nice mods

if it were me id try to get 19%...but its ur staff

well, im lazy, and i would prolly merchant the sucker.

even if you got the 19%, which i believe is worth more than +24, you would have a hell of a time selling it.
