Experienced scrub LF laid-back GvG

I'm looking for a specific type of GvG guild, with most of the following:

- Not overly concerned about rating/rank
- Plays often, including many pickup games
- Not focused on a core or set rosters
- Not above running BYOB (8 self-reliant split players) or a variety of gimmicks/heroway (not just a one-trick guild)
- American time
- Low rage
- PvP leaders knows the basics of all formats and can call good tactics

Things that are a bonus:

- Luxon aligned
- Large size to accomodate pick-up play
- Also play TA/HA/AB to some degree
- Also do some group PvE every now and then
- Don't mind some balanced play here and there
- Guildmates show some respect to each other

What I bring to the table:

- 2 Million Balth, UAX, Rank 4, Glad 2, Lux 6, Kurz 4 (mostly PvP farmed)
- Played a lot (2000+ matches) of low-level (just above 1k rating) balanced, mostly rit flagger, also heal monk fairly often. Managed 3-3 in bronze Guru tourney. Most success with split-oriented builds.
- Play Eles, Rangers, and Assassins in RA/AB/Heroway, and whatever spike gimmick in HA.
- Have vent/TS/mic
- Like playing BuildWars with GWShack and build discussion
- Can speak/write actual English
- offer advice/criticism without raging
- recognize and admit own mistakes, focus on improving
- usually available on weekends and some weekday nights
- knows a bunch of similarly experienced but casual pvpers to guest
