I remember Regina stating as soon as the new TRP's were given out for a tournament, the TRP's of prior tournaments were purged. She ensured us to make a trip to Tolkano every month, otherwise you'd lose your TRP's.

Also:

Quote:
Players will have 30 days after the this in-game NPC appears to collect their prizes. All prizes not collected within this time will be forfeit.
Yet on the XTH it says:

Quote:
* Tournament Reward Points are permanent (for the duration of the account) and can be spent on in-game prizes (which have no retail value).
So, is this statement false?

I don't think it's false, no. What it's saying (I think) is:

You need to talk to Kun Shao to release your points within the 30 days. After the 30 days, he'll stop keeping track that he has things to give you. Once the TRP are in your Account tab on the Hero menu, then they're permanent.

Two different things, you have 30 days to collect your winnings, that is to say the points you won from the month's tournament. Once collected, you have all the time you want to trade those reward points for reward items, ie zkeys. You can see the points you've collected in your hero window.

Never knew about the points being in your Hero Window. That's what you get for not playing PvP. Thanks for the quick response!

And, keep in mind, that the "30 days" is not exact. You MUST collect your winnings from Kun Shao before the next TP update.

Once another update is done, your older uncollected winnings are gone for good.
