I'm starting to lean towards a dread mask, but the item needed for it never drops so the people that do have the mask either found another way, or got lucky beyond reason. Is there another way?

I usually get 1-2 of each per CoF run. either go on runs until you get all that you need or buy them in Doomlore.

do you have the quest active or are you just running it? I always have the temple of the damned quest active.

yup, I just do dungeon runs with my guild using the quest.

Golden Rin Relics drop from all kinds of monsters in the Cathedral of Flames area even though the drop rate is extremely low and also by monsters in the Temple of the Damned quest. Farm them or buy them.
