pc gold axe req 8, max damage

hi could anyone give me a rough idea of how much i could get for selling this gold axe.

Dmg = 6-28 Req. 8
Damage + 12% ( while enchanted )
Life Stealing 3
Health Degeneration -1
Armor + 6 ( vs. physical attacks )

i really dont think its worth this much, what skin is it? if it common i think its best to expert salvage IMO

if I could fetch 15K for that thing i would be real happy. id shoot for the 3/1 and call it a day.
