PC Rare mod short sword

Here are the stats

Furious(10%) Short Sword of Fort (30hp)
+15% dmg -1 energy regen tyrian

its req 12 which is QQ but was wondering the value with the inherent mod.

I would salvage the 30hp and merch...

Everyone is going around talking bullcrap saying these don't drop anymore... I got one recently, they DO still drop, I know of others that have gotten them... they don't drop often, they never did

but a r12 short sword -1e = merch
