Damage +x% (while hexed)

Why isn't the Damage +x% (while hexed) mod very famous? It's great, but still, noone uses it. I really wonder why. If I try to sell an item with a +20% (while hexed) mod, noone wants it, though, it's just as rare as any other perfect damage mod, and it's also very great.
I can't imagine switching weapons is that hard, so please tell me, why does noone use this mod?

Don't know, but I use them in places swarming with Mesmers and Necromancers.

I have a customized 20% while hexed fellblade for just such an occasion. Worked extremely well for IDS farming.

I wonder why "in stance" isn't popular either. It's about the only mod you can control, and works wonders for certain farming builds.

While I could swap weapons based on what damage mod is active, I'd also like to swap hilts/hafts/grips/etc. The situational 5% boost isn't worth the inv slot imho. I just stick with Stance/Enchanted mods, or preferably 15%>50% mods, because I can control when those are active. I just don't have the room while hexed weapons.

"In Stance" is a very popular mod.

Because "under hex" weapons need spell casters to get the max benefit out of it. And if your fighting a full warior group that's pretty useless. I think ppl just want to know and chose when they need the dmg mod. For example a mending warior will like a 15% enchanted very much because he will always be under mending that is just my 2 cents

The main reason is that people generally don't mind switching weapons before a battle starts, but switching in battle is (1) a pain and (2) causes a slight delay in your attacks.
Honestly, it's because people are lazy. That's also why the under 50% health weapons are not popular and, to some extent the in stance weapons aren't that popular (although, as mentioned above, if you are CONSTANTLY in a stance then it's very desirable, especially in the UW or FoW).
On the other hand, the weapons with slaying mods ARE popular because you can recognize your opponents before you start a battle.

I tried selling this as a FoW Hammer, got zero bids. Still, get it customized and you have 58% damage bonus vs skeletons.
(GOLD)
Cruel Twin Hammer of Skeletonslaying
Blunt Dmg: 19-35 (req. 8 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +20% (while hexed)
Lengthens Deep Wound duration on foe
Dmg +18% (vs. skeletons)

If weapon switching was instant people would take advantage of the other types.
My warrior wears the helm to reduce hex time by 50% so some hexes are only lasting 5 seconds if i tried to switch the hex would be wearing off a second or 2 later.
It's just like if my health is under 50% most of the time or hexed alot, theres somthing wrong in the party.
I would hope that they would make weapon switching faster as i kinda thought that was the point of the 4 weapon slots.
