Reporting someone.

Was not quite sure where to put this.

I want to Report someone for verbal abuse, and i mean, serious verbal abuse.
but i dont want to do the /report since it never does anything imo..
i Screenie'd it, now i want it properly reported.
ive looked on the GW site, and playNC but cant find a proper way of doing this,
i thought i found a link, but it did nothing but change the line in my browser.

I'd submit a ticket to the support team. Screenshots attached.

Yep, go to support and to the ask a question tab, then send in the report then with as much detail as you have and the screenshots.

Click on "Fill out a support ticket". Give them the players name, time it occurred, what zone / city / outpost you were in, which district, everything you can. They can check the chat logs so screen shots aren't required but would help if you have them.
