Zealous, Vampiric, Poisonous, and Elemental - depends on the build I am running, but Poisonous is the least used.
Fortitude or Enchanting - normally Enchanting, cause I always have at least 1 enchantment on my skill bar, and making it last longer is useful.
+5 energy or 15^50 or 15^enchanted. I typically use +5 energy, but I have a few green daggers that come with 15^50. Since the 15% damage boost only applies to the dagger damage (7-17), not the skills, I'd rather have a mod that can be useful. 8-19 damage isn't worth losing the ability to use a skill. Having an extra 5 energy allows another use of an attack skill or defense when it is needed.
Zealous is what I use most, but I swap to Vamp after a fight begins, and back to Zealous if having energy issues. My biggest problem is I have too many daggers, as the mods vary greatly based on the build I'm running. I have 14 sets total, so if I'm an indication, there are lots of options that can be used.
