what is the best area to get vanquish for luxon faction?

after over 3 years that my guild has been in the game, the guild leader decided to switch from kurzick to luxon alliance, im getting rdy to start working on my savior of the luxons title, and i would like to know what is the best area to maximize time, and total faction count, as far as vanquihing areas is concern, i appreciate any help you can bring to this matter.
