Very active player lf hm kurzick faction farming guild

I've been playing for 4 years, I'm currently at 28 max titles, and have decided I want to max the kurzick title. I'm looking for a guild that mainly farms kurzick faction(urgoz, morostav, ab etc). Owning a town isn't necessary but would help since most guilds that own towns set faction reqs for their members. Also I would perfer an american based guild since I'm on the majority of the day.
I'm also working on 3 more title characters, so I like to do other titles as well. I'm expeirenced in DoA, UW, FoW, Urgoz, and the Deep.
