Tired of exclusive campaign hairstyles restriction?

I thought it would be a cool idea to add Hair style parlor(NPC) in each continent and maybe one in Great Temple of Balthazar for PvP characters. For example; you want a Prophecy character to have Canthan/Nightfall continent exclusive hair style or even dye your hair. But only accessible if the account has the specific campaign.
