the 15/-1 health/energy are painful. these mods are very rare but also very crappy.
so I really dont know how much you can expect from them, but if it's low enough I might buy them from you

I agree with zling on those mods causing a rough sell. Might be able to get 5-10k out of them, since I cant see many people wanting -2hp regen just to wield a weapon. I'd be willing to buy the zodiac for a reasonable price

Sadly I can't help much more other than a guess:
Celestial Hammer 15k+
Zodiac Hammer 30k+
Celestial Staff 50k+

I paid 20k for a double neg zodiac hammer 6 months ago and the one i got was req 11 so the req 9 to a collector could and should reach about 80k+ even if it is worthless they are extremely rare imo.

Personally only an idiot would pay over 25k for a -1 r9 anything, unless it is actually really rare, like dwarven, crys, etc.

I got a r9 15 -1 Longsword not long ago as a random drop. Might be hard to find, but they are crap mods. They still drop, not that special. I would say maybe 30-50k for the hammers if someone is desperate. I have picked up r8 15 -1's for 50k.

I Gotta Agree whole part with stuey, theres nothing special rly in them. yeah some mods like 15/-1energ sword might be useful (15/-1 > 15/-5 sword)

But still. They're pretty common drop.

Req 8 15/-1 & Rare skins, like Stuey said, are worth some money, but for other items. meh
