It seems like the XTH is bugged once more.
2 of my accounts got 25 points each.
2 of my accounts got 0 points each.
All of these accounts used predictions worth 130 points, and did not receive double TRPs last month.
Anyone else?

Yeah, did not receive double points last month and one account got 25 that should have had 125 and one account has 75 that should have had 150.
Tried logging out, different chars, pvp nubs, etc. Will have to wait until tomorrow, hopefully it will be fixed by then.

I receieved 50 out of the 155. So, it's not just an isolated few. I'll wait as well. With this many people having the same issues, I'm sure they'll look into it globally. If not, we all know the customer support e-mail.

I have 2 accounts, both of them I logged my predictions on the same day within minutes of each other....my 2ndary account got points, my primary did not. It is very strange ---and no I didnt get double points last month as I didnt even log onto my account until 12 hours after that update (and after they had said the 'fixed' it). oh well, means another month that it will take me to get that worthless title (since I highly doubt they will fix anything with that HUGE update they have been working on for april)....

Happened to me as well. I got 50 points on 4 accounts that were supposed to get at least 100.

I had 1 account literally in limbo for 1 month, as last month it got no points (changed email address). Got it fixed, received email 2 days ago that account name issue was resolved and last month's points added to this month. Sure enough got a nice reward on that account, all points there from last month and this month (250).
My other account, however, got none. This was a new account I just created that worked fine the first month, and nothing has changed on it. Last month I received points for it on Friday, the day after the bug fix for double points. Now it's acting like I never voted...

This was just to see if it was indeed a wide-spread issue rather than isolated cases. As you might have noted, there wasn't any actual QQ in the post - but rather the question if this happened to others as well. I'll be trying the accounts that didn't receive anything again in the morning, if it's not updated by then I'll presume it will be fixed with the next months TRP's, as usual.

It is happening to others. I have two accounts I use for the house I always pick the same winners on each account. One account got 5 points while the other got 55. I havent even tried it yet today and from what I have seen so far ANET failed to fix the problem, but oh well it is a free game hehe

We're sorry about the problems with XTH that are affecting points distributions. If you haven't received the right number of points, please contact Customer Support, and they will help you out.

It seems that everyone I've talked to has gotten exactly 25, 50 or 75. Some people have also gotten 0.

I got a brand new account recently and this was that account's first time entering predictions. Here's the breakdown:
Accounts that had been made predictions in the past got 75 points each.
My new account that has never made predictions before received 155 points.
All of my accounts used the exact same predictions, this isn't right. None of my accounts double dipped last month, so I should have not gotten any points taken away this month. I'm suspecting that Anet just blindly deducted points from everyone's accounts who made predictions last month. I should have received 155 points on all my accounts this month, however I received half that amount.

last month i didn't recieve double points. however, i came back late after the double update business and what not. Is it possible that i'm being recognized as a person that recieved double because i recieved the second round of points even though i didn't recieve the 1st round? I'm not getting any points this month at all ><

5 accounts in my household, 4 made predictions last month, none of them got double points (didn't log in until after the 2nd patch). This month, those 4 got reduced points, the 5th that did not predict last month got the proper amount. All 5 accounts made identical predictions.
This is kinda crappy. I really hope they fix it, and I don't have to send in 4 support requests. :P

Both of my accounts didn't receive the correct amount of points, and I didn't receive double last month. But my boyfriend (who forgot to make predictions last month) received the correct amount of points, and both of us had the same predictions.

I don't really want to send in a support ticket either...the GW logon page is "don't get hacked" because of all the recent account compromises, and now Regina says "contact this email and give them all your character and account information" I would rather wait for Anet to actually fix the issue...

I submitted all 4 of my problemed accounts...I'll see what happens. I really hope they do something about it, but I'm really not all that optimistic...I really hope they pull through though.

Three of my accounts got 25 points, two got 0. I did all my predicting the same day so the choices were pretty close (mainly 1v1 that differed). I didn't pick up my points last month until several hours after the fix so no double there. Should we be waiting to contact support and see if anything fixes itself or should we be writing up our emails now?

ya talk about BS... I have 6 accts and do not wish to send in that many tickets. I did not get double last month and none of my accts are even being treated as if they even made predictions at all.

well, so far, 0 RP's on either of my accounts. Im going to wait a little and see what happens. I DID get double last time, so its possible thats why. I have had issues with my RP's every month. I always put the same predictions on both of my acounts, yet they always get different RP's every month. Ive sent support tickets and have had it looked into several times.
For those people with more than one game account they do predictions on, I wouldnt bother sending a support ticket for EACH seperate account, I would just send one using your MAIN account as the account asking for support, listing the other game accounts/xunlai accounts in the one support ticket, as this will be easier for them to sort thru, rather than find your multiple support tickets you have submitted in order to resolve your problems.

Yeah, I got 25 TRPs on my main account and 130 on my secondary account, with the same exact predictions (used somebody's prediction post from the GWO February Predictions thread). Only difference is my secondary account was set up a couple of weeks ago so it wasn't affected by that double points glitch from last month. However, I didn't get my main acct's reward points from February until well after the 'fixed glitch' update had already been implemented (ie. only got Feb TRPs once).
Oh well. Hopefully this will be fixed by next month. I plan on using the same picks on two accounts again, so it will be easy to tell if something is up.
