EDIT : I found an old PC for req10 Communing and it was at +20-50e and the owner sold it for ~70 Zkeys....

So that's the price area you should be going for.. and probably lower...^.
unless the price rose a lot since then which I highly doubt....

...so 250e sounds quite "wrong"....

In this case it's worth what someones willing to pay, however, a fair offer would be around 100k+20-50e

but again, if someone wants it bad enough, they will pay more

sold mine for 100k+32e not long time age
