Here are the builds I'm thinking about right now for my warrior heroes, my main is a Necromancer so I figure I should finally get around to gearing up my warrior heroes and setting up a synergy build with curses like [[Mark of Pain] and [[Barbs], because frankly minion masters are boring.
Please comment, criticize, suggest, whatever.
The Wall of Blades
Warrior / x
Swordsmanship: 12+1+1
Strength: 12+1
[Hundred Blades][Standing Slash][Body Blow][Sun and Moon Slash][Flail][Enraging Charge][Lion's Comfort][Resurrection Signet]
[[Hundred Blades] and [[Sun and Moon Slash] go well with my Necro hexes, and I can use [[Weaken Armor] to provide the requirement for [[Body Blow] (which does good damage anyways). [[Flail] and [[Enraging Charge] is a pretty standard combo for a strong opening, and heroes seem to use them well enough. I took [[Lion's Comfort] because I don't want to be too reliant on NPC healers, and the adrenaline gain makes up for the cast time.
The Axe Tornado
Warrior / x
Axe Mastery: 12+1+1
Strength: 12+1
[Warrior's Endurance][Body Blow][Power Attack][Cyclone Axe][Flail][Enraging Charge][Distracting Blow][Resurrection Signet]
Uses [[Warrior's Endurance] (not a stance anymore) to spam [[Power Attack] and [[Cyclone Axe] on recharge. [[Body Blow] again is a good source of deep wound with [[Weaken Armor]. I took [[Distracting Blow] instead of [[Lion's Comfort] because it would get in the way of the attack spamming, and interrupts are always nice to have (manually cast it against enemies with key skills to interrupt). Without a source of cracked armor, [[Dismember] would be a good replacement for [[Body Blow].
The Smashing Yeti
Warrior / x
Hammer Mastery: 12+1+1
Strength: 12+1
[Earth Shaker][Pulverizing Smash][Yeti Smash][Crude Swing][Flail][Enraging Charge][Lion's Comfort][Resurrection Signet]
[[Yeti Smash] and [[Crude Swing] are good AoE attacks, while the AoE knockdown from [[Earth Shaker] is nice to disrupt enemies. [[Pulverizing Smash] is a good source of deep wound that doesn't rely on outside help, and [[Lion's Comfort] is back in.
Gear
I figured I would go with furious/sundering weapons of fortitude, maybe zealous for the axe build but I don't think he really needs it. Shields would be of fortitude and damage -2 in a stance. For armor, I was thinking of using armor increasing insignias instead of survivor's so that it would be easier for them to get aggro, maybe even use major runes on the axe and sword warrior since they have two +fortitude bonuses already. They don't have defensive stances or anything, but I'd rather the mobs wail on my high armor warriors than squishies, and it makes healing easier when there are less party members under fire.
Other Info
I wouldn't necessarily take all 3 of them with me at once, and could use the third hero to provide things like [[Splinter Weapon], snares to mitigate AoE scatter, Paragon shouts, or healing/prot. For henchmen to bring it would be best to take barrage/volley/interrupt rangers to further synergize with the necro hexes, and of course healing/prot monks. For a dream team build combine with an Imbagon player with a barrage/interrupt/splinter hero and whatever crazy backline you can come up with.

Some quick tips;
-Furious isn't really all that useful. Vamp and Sundering produce more damage (though sundering sucks on swords).
-If you want physicals to trigger MoP/Barbs, Paragons are usually better. Wars tend to run around like idiots/

I don't like vamp on heroes because it's a hassle between fights, you either have to do the swapping yourself, go into the next fight injured, or waste more time on healing.

Only successful build I've had with warrior hero:

EDIT: As far as input, I'd say limit adrenaline skills to [sun and moon slash], as that will proc [hundred blades] twice. Use adrenaline pumping skills and IAS. Since most of your damage will be coming from [hundred blades] (and necro boosts like [order of pain][mark of pain][barbs]), base sword damage isn't important (thus the use of [flurry]) so go furious rather than sundering (and +5en rather than 15%/x). Why not throw in an interrupt for good measure, and a signet for increased damage?

hmm, warriors tend to make bad heroes, like mart said you're better off with a stunning strike para or something. HOWEVER, if you insist on using a warrior the [Hundred Blades] build is the best to be using imo
Icy The Mage
Also, heroes are godly at timing skills like [bull's strike] and [protector's strike], you should put those on the bars, at least the WE bar, for sure. Interrupts on your heroes is a good thing too, but I just can't see a hero using earthshaker + crude swing effectively...

The Axe build is very close to what I've been using on my Warrior. (Haven't tried it on a hero build yet). One of my favorite interrupts is [ "You move like a dwarf!" ], from EotN. It also causes knockdown, which lets me get in several good thwacks before my opponent recovers.
Necromas
The hammer warrior is certainly the weakest in DPS (and synergy because of the slower attack speed), but [[Counter Blow] could help in the knockdown aspect as the AI loves to keep on attacking.

Been using this warrior hero whilst I train up my new ele:
[build prof=W/Me str=12+1+1 axe=12+1 dom=3][Dismember][Power Attack][Cyclone Axe][Cry of Frustration][Warrior's Endurance][Flail][Rush][Resurrection Signet][/build]

IMO just change the res sig for [Resurrection Chant] or [Rebirth],If using [Rebirth] keep it disabled or the hench/hero ressed will die again lol
hard res is always good
