WTB q8-9 Tactics and Command Shields

I'd prefer uncommon skins, especially Eternal Shields and Gloom Shields. Post what you have here, along with how much you want for it and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Items must be inscribable, and I'm not interested in anything with a higher or different req.
