Pc on req 12 chaos axe

It's req 12 chaos axe
- Lengthens poison duration by 33%
- 15% in a stance
- Armor +5

Thanks and if I added mods like sundering and 15^50% how much would it be worth?

If you mean by replacing the mods, its inscripable, then I would add a +5 energy mod on it, as q12 is more wanted for casters.
For inscripable one I would say like ~20k
For uninscripable one more like ~3k
Not very sure though, would get more PC's
