Black Screen???????

Hello

I have a major problem with my computer and Guild Wars. Whenever i go to open and play Guild Wars I get a black screen for like 5 seconds and then boom back at the home screen. So before I made this post I decided to check these forums and i found some one with the same problem (His name was Link Inferno or something like that). The solution posted was to roll back the graphics card driver and then update it. So i did that and no problems. But I started to realize when ever I restarted the computer or opened the computer i would have to repeat the roll back and update steps. so it would work go until i closed my computer again and re opened it. Then whenever i minimized guild wars i would get the black screen problem again.

Please help

What graphics card?
And, the black screen appears as the game starts up and goes to full screen? If thats the case, maybe it is having a hard time switching resoultion. Try setting the game to windowed mode, and see if you still get the problem

The graphics card I have Nvidia 9600 GT. I will try that out right now and tell you how it goes.
