Finishing prophecies via the least missions

I'm trying to work out the quickest way to get through Prophecies on a non Tyria born character.

So....so far I get a ferry to LA, then a run to Droks.....

What is the furthest mission I can run to, and where do I take it from there to complete the campaign with the least missions completed?

Get a run to Thunderhead Keep (or Marhan's Grotto and then get yourself there), and do that and the Fire Islands missions wich you can't skip.

From Droks you get a quest "Seeking the Seer" which takes you to the next mission. Check the wiki for details of the three Southern Shiverpeak missions.

Once you complete Thunderhead Keep, you will be sent to the Fire Islands. You get a quest from Shadow in the Ember Light Camp that takes you to the first mission in that area. There are three missions to complete the game.

From Drok's, head east. You can enter the "Iron Mines of Moladune" mission to infuse your armor(it'll make the Mursaat much easier to deal with), though you won't have to complete it. Infusion occurs about halfway(15-20 mins) through. And while there are other places you can get infused, this is by far the easiest and its on the way.

Continue east from there. The next 4 missions have to be completed and completing one will unlock the next.
Thunderhead Keep
Ring of Fire
Abaddon's Mouth
Hell's Precipice

You're essentially done with Prophecies after that.

East of droks (Leaving from northern exit) = Ice caves of Sorrow.
Iron mines of Moladune comes after that one.

the only ones you have to do, i believe, are the fire island missions, others are just in the way.

The only way to get to the Ring of Fire missions is to do Thunderhead Keep followed by the Final Blow quest given in Ember Light Camp. Without that mission and quest you can't even get to the first mission outpost in RoF.

I've run 5 foreign chars through prophecies. starting in LA, you'll have to get to droks. Easiest way is to run back to beacon's perch and get a droks run from there (about 2k) Then run from droks to thunderhead keep. You have to do this mission to get to the fire islands. You'll be let out at ember light camp. Take the quest 'the final blow' which will take you to the first of the 3 fire island missions.

So basically, aside from all the running, you'll be doing 4 missions and 1 quest.
