Is the duration of a weapon spell affected by a 20% enchantment mod on a weapon or only with points in Spawning Power?

No. Weapon spells are not enchantments.

Or, to put it another way, only enchantments are affected by a 20% enchantment mod.

Be nice if weapon spells were enchantments, an avid ritualist wouldnt agree, but id like the ability of removing them, even though theyre not exactly overpowered

As such, they ARE NOT affected by +% enchant.

it would be quite interesing if a +20% weapon buff duration mod was implemented =)

spawning power increases duration by 2% each rank. spawning power has enough problems so they wont implement anything else that increases duration, just to keep spawning power somewhat useful.
