As per the recommendations in your previous post....Power Trade....Lag does not make a difference. You could also do the EoTN dungeons and hope for a good drop in the end chest, that way even if you lag your heroes keep fighting. Should not be a big problem if you heroes are set up correctly.
Forgot to mention tourney rewards. It's basically guessing how you think teams will place in the monthly tournaments. Also known as Xunlai Tournament House. You make your guesses and get Z-keys for it. Keys are cheap now but used to sell for 5k. Even at 3k if you get 10 free keys a month thats 30k for you. Or you can open the Z-chest and possible get a rare drop or an everlasting tonic....Those are worth quite a bit. Once again lag won't matter.

Ok thanks but i always thought power trading was when you bought stuff low and sold them high? The item i sold i found lolz.

If you can't 55 due to lag then farming probably won't be a good idea until you get a better computer or faster internet connection. Until that time comes try the above suggestions.

Yea im set up for the Tourny does dont know good guilds and 1vs1. I got a good computer at different house does i want to make money at this house better than i am right now. Rather not almost be forced to farm when im at my moms house.

There are safer farms and there are less safe farms. For example, the 55 is less safe, because it dies instantaneously when PS drops or when the regen/DR drops. On the contrary, I've DC-ed when touch farming in UW and reconnected just to find my character alive and well. Consider that.
Also, if you farm in UW/FoW, there is an entry cost, thus it's pretty harsh when you fail. If you, on the other hand, farm raptors, vaettir, DoA, whatever except UW/FoW really, there is no entry cost and thus it's no big deal if you lagspike as soon as you enter.
Just my two cents.

Identification kits, expert salvage kits, salvage kits... When you are poor (and even when you aren't), they need to be in your backpack. Pick up ALL your drops. ID ALL your drops. Learn what to salvage and what to sell. Everything gets salvaged or sold.
Be aware of which materials are currently valuable (feathers, iron, etc) and which aren't worth the salvage (cloth, wood). When your allies leave their drops, try to go back and grab them when there is time.
Next, control your spending. Buy what makes your character stronger, not prettier. Once you have some savings, you can be more liberal. Until then, keep what you get.
Before you know it, you'll have a comfortable amount of gold. You won't be rich, but you will find that becoming rich is now a possibility. At that point you can start power trading.

Take your monk to DoA and be a smiter while you stand around and stare at pretty yellow and purple #'s on your screen.

If you have EOTN
See how many skill points you have and you have the appropriate reputation rank to craft. Then have a look at what is needed to craft consumables known as "Cons". Check current prices for Materials and stacks of them. You can buy these at good price sometimes.
You can then sell a set of these to cover the price of the materials, crafting, skill point and some profit.
Just make sure your always aware of: Price of the materials you need, Price you can successfully sell a set of consumables at.
Places like Temple of Ages and Domain of Anguish buy them.

Thanks for the help though i think i got anough info to make some cash. number two has nothing to do with putting you down man. on a laggy comp it is difficult to do any sorta of farming where alot of casting is required. So things that allow you to sit in some place for a while is ideal. besides cons go for quite a bit of cash

I know but wouldnt it be best to farm the materials through game play or pwning low levels or would it be easyer/faster to buy materials?
Meh even if you were putting me down I would push the insult out the window. XD

material farming is bad on low lvls - the return is seriously minimal.
Say for eg you farm outside ascalon you got say 10 whites that salvage into wood, you may get say 15 wood in total now if u farmed a diff area with higher foes ( or even hm ) and had 10 items that gave wood you would get a higher amount of wood.
If you farmed around droks i know raven staffs give a gd salvage of wood even as white.Hm is 10x better for materials tho im confused with the area outside shing jea monestry - hm shud give better drops off monsters and even plains of jarin in hm gives gd material drops but why does naga outside in hm drop either a single scale or 2 scales.I had to check i was in hm not nm - even hulks outaside ascalon drop granite 10x that amount .. maybe i should ask anet about that lol.
As for what to do - i go for power trading - with speed issues it wont really affect you as much as trying to farm somewhere.Another option isnt an instacash way but a long term investment and thats finding out from wiki what events use what trophies and get them stockpiled.Charr carvings/orr embs etc can be bought months before an event and when event arrives you sell the stacks for a tidy profit - gailes leaving party was a blessing to me as it used many items and one was orr embs and i had enough stacks to make 7 stacks of party items and sold them for 50k a stack - that was my halloween stash but 350k made within 24 ( 12 hrs play ) isnt a bad thing. Also those items are not really going to fall in prices unlike high end weapons etc - yrs time Vs could drop down to say 40k but your x stacks of party items may still be worth 50k each easily

Sorry, you didn't specify a profession so I took a shot in the dark that you meant monk when you said 55 . Cons aren't needed for any type of farming that I can think of except UWSC which is not where you want to be if you have lag issues.
