Double-modded FDS
ReiNaruto
Hi, yesterday I got a FDS with 2 mods of the same type. It has +15% Dmg while health above 50%, and 15% Dmg to Tengus. It is non-scriptable. This is the first time that I find a double-modded sword, is this usual?

No - the 15% over 50% health is what's known as an inherent bonus and is what was replaced by inscriptions with the coming of Nightfall.
It's "double-modded" anyway - it has a Fiery Sword hilt (the prefix) and, as G MAGNUS points out below, a Sword Pommel of Tenguslaying.
All martial weapons are the same (axe/sword/hammer/bow/daggers/scythe/spear) - they can have a prefix, a suffix and an inherent modifier or inscription.
See http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_of_weapon_upgrades for further information.

The 15^50 is the inherent modifier (same as inscription) and +15vsTengu the postfix (which can be salvaged). There used to be a bug that prevented double damage modifier weapons from being created but that was fixed some time (less than half a year) ago.

In other words, the vs Tengu is the sword pommel, though a perfect mod would be 20% vs creature.
