PC - R9 Zealous Emerald Blade of Enchanting

I have been told so many different prices I figured I would ask here. The blade is an inscribeable Emerald Blade with the following mods:

Enchantments +19% (one off from perfect)
Zealous; Engery gain on hit: 1, Engery regen -1
Inscription: Strength and Honor Damage +15% while health is above 50%.

take mods off put perf mods 190-200ecto

Dont worry about modding it, a buyer who can afford it can afford a few k on mods too. It doesnt pay to mod it up.

Thanks for all the replies. I had a few people in LA tell me it was only worth about 60e. Glad to know that my friends were right about it's value.
