There are tons of people on both sides of jq, and you have to wait 10~ minutes to get into a game...something needs to be fixed.

Lots of those people you see in the zone aren't trying to play. They are just sitting there. Either chatting or afk or whatever.
Lots of people isn't always a good thing. If there's 48 people who hit enter, and you were the last, you gonna wait 3 minutes anyway even if there's enough people on the other side to compensate for all those people.

its not as bad as ab. i remember waiting like 30+ minutes at times.

The problem is that there are too many kurzicks. Go luxon for fast match times
